Standard installation time is 7—10 days with 3 day expedited service available for an additional fee on all pre-qualified installations.  Necessary site clearance and access must be granted to the customer roof in order to install service, unless in existing turn mtu.  Our service includes standard demarcation extension from roof point of entry to network room up to 250ft.

Installation made simple....    

All turnpipe internet circuits require site pre-qualification in order to guarantee service within your area.  A small piece of equipment is required to be installed on the roof of the customer premise in order to deliver our high speed internet services.  This piece of equipment is provided free for the life of the contract and a one-time installation fee will be included with the first month's service. 

Our installation team is the best in the business and works with our customers to make sure all aspects of circuit delivery are met including demarcation extension, grounding, surge protection and handoff anywhere you need it be. 

The installation process is simple, straight forward and our customer service department is there to help every step of the way.  Below is a step by step description of what it takes to turn wireless. 

3 Steps to Turn Wireless

•    Step 1

Fill out a service request on our sign up page with your name, address and other pertinent information, including what type of service you are interested in.  Once completed, submit and the order process has begun.  This information gets sent directly to our network operations center where a customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly.

•    Step 2

Once we have been in contact and gathered any other necessary information, we will schedule a  site survey/pre-qualification visit by our installation team.  Once completed and verified all we need is your signature, requested delivery time and our installation team will take care of the rest. 

•    Step 3

Last but not least... you will receive specific information about your service and support, along with coordinating any technical aspects with your IT  staff.  We will also assist where needed in order to make sure all areas are covered for any transitions that you may be going through.  Then just hit the gas and enjoy!
