What is a DMARC?

DMARC is a acronym used by telephone companies and internet service providers which stand for demarcation point.  This point represents the interface between the service provider and the customer.  As part of our installation we extend the DMARC for the customer up to 250ft, placed in the network or computer room.

How do I get wireless service to my office?

As part of our installation we will install a piece of equipment at your office that receives our high speed wireless signal and then send that signal over a Category 5E cable into your office.

Does any equipment need to be installed?

Yes.  The equipment installed consists of a small unit required for all Turn Wireless customers to receive our high speed wireless internet services.  This equipment is provided free of charge to all customers for the life of their service.

Do I have to buy any equipment?

No.  You are not required to buy any equipment and all equipment provided by Turn Wireless is considered to be free use of vendor owned goods.  However, we do recommend some type of firewall or switch for multiple user access and security.

How long does the installation take?

Our standard installation time is 7 - 10 business days.  We also offer expedited delivery in 3 days for those customers with an urgent need, for  an additional cost.

Do  I need to use my phone line?

No.  Unlike DSL we do not require use of a phone line or any interface with the telephone company.  This is what allows us to offer dynamic and flexible service with cost savings to all our customers.

Who do we install temporary or event services?

All temporary and event services have installation included.  This means we will install the necessary equipment to receive our high speed internet, in addition to tear down upon completion of the term.  In addition, we will also setup access to the necessary areas either via wired or wireless access depending on the situation (additional charges apply).
